easy rice pudding

Ingredients
1 cup sugar ( granulated) or slenda1 cup uncooked white rice41/2 cups skim milk1/2 raisins ( optinal)cinamon to taste
Directions
mix all ingredients into casorole dish or baking dish leaving about ani inch of uncoverd space at the top

put dish into oven at 350 F OR 175 c

mix every 15 mins to keep rice from sticking on bottom

when pudding is as thick as you want it add rasins

take pudding out of the oven and let sit coverd
serve with cinamon on top

makes about 8 half cup servings
good warm or cold
