    3/4 cup good-quality semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Place about 1 tsp. chocolate and one or two raspberries in center of each square.

Prick the centre of the pastry with a fork
Repeat with remaining pastry sheet, chocolate and raspberries.

I made this with cherries and it was awesome! I also found it easier to put them in muffin cups to bake so no juice runs out. - 2/25/08

FANTASTIC!!! I only had cheap chocolate chips on hand and a couple of cans of crescent rolls, but they were still delicious! I think my husband ate three. I froze half of them so we can have a treat another time. I knew if I didn't freeze them, they would all be gone in a matter of minutes! :) - 2/16/10
