Potato Skins

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, baked3 Tbsp. Canola oil1 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. paprika1/8 tsp black pepper1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese4 green onions, chopped8 tsp. lite sour cream4 strips cooked turkey or regular bacon, crumbled
Directions
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the pulp. Put skins on a greased baking sheet.
Mix oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper & paprika. Brush mixture over both sides of potato skins. Bake at 475 for 7 - 10 minutes. Add cheddar cheese, bacon, and onion and bake for 2 - 3 more minutes. Top with sour cream and serve.
