1 pkg white angel food cake mix1 can crushed pineapple1 pkg sugar free instant pudding1 cup milk1 cup cool whip
mix angel food cake mix and pineapple bake at 375 until top is golden brown or knife or toothpick come out clean. mix pudding and 1 cup milk together until well blended then fold in 1 cup cool whip. frost with pudding mix when cake is cool. and enjoy
