Ingredients
sugar-1.5tspmilk-2csemolina-50gghee-0.5tspcardamom -0.5tsp
Directions
toast semolina with ghee till u get nice aroma. add milk. Let the milk boil to roll for 2-3 min. stop the heat. add cardamom and safron and sugar and stir nicely. refrigerate it for 1 hr or serve warm.
Opt-- Garnish with the nuts of your choice.
