No Bake Chocolate Cookie

Ingredients
2 cups Granulated Sugar1/4 c. Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1/2 c. Milk, nonfat1/4 c. Butter, unsalted1 tsp. Vanilla Extract8T. peanut butter, Simply Jiff (works great)3 c. quick cooking oats
Directions
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in saucepan. Heat and stir until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and let stand for one minute. Add vanilla and peanut butter stirring until combined. Stir in oats. Drop from teaspoon, or small dipper, onto wax paper.
