Baked Cinnamon Cornish Hen

1 Cornish Hen, Thawed & Cleaned Out 2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon1 Tbsp Garlic Powder1 Tsp Salt (or Kosher salt) ( optional) 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper ( Fresh is Best) 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
- Thaw hen according to packaging instruction, rinse clean inside and out.
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix all spices and EVOO together to create a rub.
- Spread rub over the entire hen and place in a oven safe baking dish ( make sure you either line it with tin foil or spray with Pam)
- Bake for approximately 1 hour or until juices run clear.
