Post Workout Granola Protein Bars

Ingredients
3/4 c nut meal (I used TJs Almond meal)1 1/2 c Oats1 tbsp honey1/2 c milk (any nut, coconut, cow etc)1/4 c coconut shreds1/4 tsp cinnamon1.5 scoops of any protein powder ( I used Biochems whey chocolate fudge)
Directions
mix dry. add wet ingredients.mix. bake for 15-20 min
