Milk Gravy w/ pork sasuage

Ingredients
1/2 lb pork sasuage1 Tbsp olive oil2 cup 1% milk1/4 cup flour
Directions
Brown sasuage, set aside
In seperate pan heat 1Tbsp Olive oil
whisk in flour and slowly add milk. Whisking it all the time as not to get lumpy.
