Tofu Ginger Marinated

Ingredients
Tofu, Soy Sauce, Water, Sesame Oil, Rice Vinegar, Ginger Garlic Paste
Directions
Mix 2t Rice Vinegar, 2t Soy Sauce, 2t water with 1t Sesame Oil and 1t Ginger Garlic Paste. Slice Tofu block into 8 equal servings, then pour marinade over tofu. Marinate for 10 min.

Heat 1t sesame oil on griddle over med-high. Place tofu "steaks" on griddle, cooking for about 4 minutes on each side, or until tofu is browned to your satisfaction.
