1 lb Fish Fillets (if large, cut into 3 serving pieces)1/2 tsp saltdash black pepper2 Tbl Butter, melted (I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light)1 Tbl Lemon Juice1 tsp Onion PowderPaprika (if desired - not included)
Preheat oven to 400
Arrange fish in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over fish pieces.
Bake uncovered until fish flakes very easily with fork and is opaque in center, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Paprika if desired.
