Turkey Spam, Green Bean & Potato Skillet

Ingredients
1 Can of Turkey Spam, Diced3 Yukon Gold Potatoes, Diced4 Cups of Fresh Green Beans (ends snapped)2 T Canola Oil2 t Canadian Steak Seasoning
Directions
Steam snapped fresh green beans for 5 minutes over boiling water (or use frozen). Rinse beans with cold water to stop cooking. Set Aside.
Heat non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
Brown Turkey Spam in skillet, then set aside.
Add 2T Canola Oil to skillet and brown Diced Potatoes.
Season Potatoes with Steak Seasoning.
Add Green Beans and stir with Potatoes for 3 minutes.
Re-add the Turkey Spam, and mix all ingredients in skillet.
Turn off the flame and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
