Celery & Parmesan Salad

Ingredients
2 Tbl olive oil3 spring onions, finely chopped2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped1 tsp toasted celery seeds1 tsp celery salt2 tsp grated lemon zest & juice from 1 lemon1 bunch celery (with leaves), thinly sliced2 cups parsley leaves, torn2 cups micro herbs2/3 cup toasted walnuts1/2 cup grated parmesan
Directions
Shake oil, spring onions, anchovy, celery seeds, salt, lemon zest and juice. Stand for 1 hour.

Combine celery, herbs, walnuts and parmesan in a large bowl then toss with dressing.
