Everything Minestrone

Ingredients
1 med onion chopped2 med carrots chopped2 med stalks celery chopped2 small zucchini chopped3 T olive oil1 can white northern beans, rinsed1 can whole kernel corn, rinsed1 can cut green beans, rinsed1 can unsalted tomatoes1 c. uncooked pasta1 T basil, 1 T parsley flakes
Directions
Put 3 T olive oil in large skillet; add chopped onion, celery, carrots and zucchini. Let cook about 7 min. until veggies are tender-crisp.
Transfer to large slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
Cook on low for 7 hours. Increase to high and add dry pasta for 30 min.
