Ingredients:Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 0.5 cup (remove)Shrimp, cooked, 24 oz (remove)*Dockside Classics - lump crabmeat, 24 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, sliced (remove)Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)
In mixing bowl, beat eggs with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Get a 12 inch non stick skillet, add onions, and red bell peppers, cook until the onions,and red bell peppers are soften for about 4 mins. Add shrimp and rice to skillet; stir to mix. remove from heat.
Pour eggs over the shrimp, onions, and red bell peppers and place the skillet over medium heat. Cover skillet and cook 12 to 15 minutes; or until center is set. To serve, cut into wedges; serves 4
