Spicy Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2 chicken breast fillets, diced (no skin)1 T. olive oil1 large onion, diced or sliced3 cloves garlic, choppedginger to taste1 t. comino powder1/2 t. tumeric1/2 t. cumin seeds1 t. curry powder, or more, to taste1 t. paprika1/2 c. chopped tomatoes2 jalapenossalt to tastechopped cilantro (optional)juice of half lime (optional)
Directions
1. Carmelize onions by sauteeing for 30 minutes in oil.
2. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add comino powder, tumeric, cumin seed, curry and paprika. Sitr
4.Add tomatoes, jalapenos and cilantro, if desired.
5. Simmer 15 minutes
6. Add chicken and cook until done. Add water if necessary
7. Salt as desired
