Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Kiwi Fruit, 2 fruit without skin, medium Rice Dream Original rice milk, 1 cup Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) egg white, fresh, 2 large **Flax Seed, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)4 ice cubes
Directions
put all into a blender and blend until smooth.
