Winter Fruit Compote

Ingredients
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese1/2 grapefruit, in sections1/3 c. mandarin orange sections1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped4 tsp. almonds, slivered and toasted1/8 tsp. cinnamon1/8 tsp. nutmegpaprika to taste
Directions
In a small bowl combine cottage cheese with cinnamon and nutmeg. Mound onto serving dish. Arrange grapefruit and orange sections around cheese. Combine almonds and apple pieces and spoon over cheese. Sprinkle paprika over cheese and serve.
