Melgies Peanut Butter Agave Granola

Ingredients
100% Whole Grain rolled oats (oldfashioned), 4 cup Agave Nectar - Raw, 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1/2 cup Pecans, 1/4 cup, choppedCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/3 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1/8 tspNutmeg - 1 or 2 dashesSunflower Seeds, with salt added, 1/4 cup
Directions
Spray Cookie Sheet. Heat Honey, Agave and Peanut butter in Microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Add Vanilla, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Flax. Stir well. Pour over Oatmeal then pour out on cookie sheet. Bake 325 for 30mins....stirring every 10 mins. Stir in pecans and cranberries after cooked. Stir periodically until cool. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!
