Easy Chicken Cacciatore

8 Chicken tenderloins2 bell peppers cut into slices1 medium onion quartered and cut into slices1 can crushed or diced tomatoes1/2 cup prepared ketchup1/2 cup brown sugar2 T yellow mustard (or brown if you like it spicy)2 T Worcestershire sauce
1.) Heat oven to 350*
2.) Season chicken with salt and pepper and place into a 9x13 glass baking dish.
3.) Slice onion and peppers and add to baking dish with chicken.
4.) With a whisk or food processor, mix together canned tomatoes, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, just until blended
5.) Pour sauce mixture over chicken, peppers and onions.
6.) Cook dish in the oven UNCOVERED for 30 minutes.
Wonderful served with mashed potatoes or cauliflower!
