Ziti with Turkey

Pasta, cooked, 1-16 oz packageRicotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Baby Portabella Mushrooms, Sliced, 8 oz Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 4 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 canParsley, dried, 2 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves, choppedKraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 0.25 cup Non-fat cooking spray
Spray pan with cooking spray. Add turkey and mushrooms. Saute and break up turkey for 3 minutes. Add spinach garlic and parsley. Saute an additional 3 minutes until turkey is done.
Add all of the other ingredients, except for the 1cup of mozzarella cheese and mix well. Turn into a baking dish.
Bake covered at 375 for 20 minutes, Remove cover and top with the 1 cup of mozzarella. Bake an additional 5 minutes or so until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 10 servings, 1 1/4 cup each
