Blueberry-Banana Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 c. Trader Joe's (or any) non-fat cottage cheese1/2 medium banana (frozen works best!)1/2 c. frozen blueberries1 serving vanilla whey protein powder (mine was 110 calories)water and ice as needed
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. (I used my magic bullet.) Add water or ice as needed for desired consistency following blending. Enjoy!
