QCSAHP - South Sea Island Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
1 1/2 pound Pork Tenderloin2 tablespoon Pineapple Juice, Concentrate1 tablespoon Ginger, fresh2 tablespoon Lime Juice2 teaspoon Rum, Dark1/3 cup water
Directions
To prepare for group:
1. Cut pork into 2 inch cubes.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients and add to pork cubes.
3. Freeze flat.

Cooking day:
1. Thaw.
2. Thread pork cubes on skewers.
3. Grill 6 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes, rotating the skewers.
