Healthy Indian Saag

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 500 grams Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp ground tumeric, 1 tsp Corriander, 2 tspYogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Garlic, 6 cloves Saute onions in olive oil until clear. Add spices and simmer for 2 min. Add the spinach and 1/2 cup water and let simmer for 15 minutes. Take off of stove. Put in blender and blend the entire mixture until it is nearly smooth. Return to pan and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. Add yogurt. Stir in and then serve!Enjoy!
