Ingredients
6 apples, peeled and quartered3 1/2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)3/4 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar1/4 cup + 1/8 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in the crock and cook on LOW 4-6 hours. Mash with a fork.
