Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
4 Medium Carrots, chopped4 small celery ribs, chopped1 Red Onion, diced1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped6 garlic cloves, diced64oz chicken broth1 cup ditalini pasta2 Tbsp Olive Oil1.2 lbs Chicken Breast, cubed2 tsp Italian Seasoning1/4 tsp black Pepper
Directions
In a dutch oven, saute the veg in half the oil until tender. Add the broth, pepper and Italian Seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 mins. Stir in pasta; cook for 10-12 mins longer or until veg and pasta are tender.
Meanwhile cook the chicken in remaining oil until cooked through.
Add chicken to soup and heat through.
