Greek Style Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
1 Cup of mixed greens lettuce1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)1/2 cup cucumber, diced1 tbs onion chopped1 tsp olive oil6 tablespoons Red Wine Vineagar1 tablespoon OreganoSalt and pepper to taste1 oz feta cheese
Directions
Chop vegetables toss with vineagar and oil, season to taste

Serving Size:  Makes a large salad--can be cut in half for a side
