Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removedMushrooms, canned, 1 cup White Wine, 8 fl oz Fresh Parsley, .5 cup Pepper, black, .5 tsp Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange mushrooms around chicken. Pour wine over chicken and sprinkle with seasoning. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
