chocolate crepes

Ingredients
1/2 cup plus 2 tbls Ricotta1 oz (more or less to taste) milk1 tbls cocoa powder unsweetned 1 tbls Splenda
Directions
combine Ricotta, splenda and cocoa in blender.....add milk until the "creme" reaches a puddling like consistency (more or less to taste). chill for 30 minutes

spread onto creps and fold into quarters. Chill freezer for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 6 crepes
