Ingredients
kroger fat free cream cheese, 1 1/2 8oz barsfat free cottage cheese kroger, .5 cup Milk, nonfat, 5 cups (about)western family parmesan cheese, 4 tbspMrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
Directions
combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and half of milk in blender. Blend till smooth and starting to thicken - gradually adding rest of milk and spices and parmesan. Let run till steam is coming out of the top and well thickened. Toss immediately with noodles.
