Large Meatballs with Gravy

1 large egg1 cup of minute rice (uncooked)2 or 3 cans of Campbell’s Healthy Choice cream of mushroom2 lbs extra lean ground beef2 tbsp of Worchestershire sauce
1. Place thawed hamburger in a large mixing bowl. Add 1 egg, a handful of rice, and season with worchester sauce and Mrs. Dash (or any seasonings you prefer). Mix thoroughly.
2. Heat a frying pan to medium. Roll meat into balls and brown each side of the meatball.
3. Place in a large baking dish. Cover with Cream of Mushroom soup. Cover with tin foil and cook at 350 for 1 hour.
Goes very well with mashed potatoes and corn!
Serving Size: makes 8 servings, about 2-3 meatballs each
