Easy Gourmet Mac'N'Cheese Bake

12 oz Whole Wheat Pasta (penne or bow-tie work great!)1 TBSP Butter2 1/2 Cups Milk (2% or skim)8 oz Velveeta Cheese (cubed)1/8 Cup Flour2 tsp pepperTopping2/3 Cup shredded italian cheese blend2 Tsp Italian Spices
Cook Pasta till ala dente, drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside
In a large skillet combine butter and milk, and heat on low until butter is melted. Whisk in flour and bring heat up to medium and add velveeta cheese and pepper. Stir continually until melted into a thick sauce.
Pour noodles in a casserole dish and pour over sauce evenly coating all. Sprinkle top of dish with Italian cheese and spices. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes uncovered
