Easy Dippin'

Ingredients
Hummus Dip:1 can of chick peas (keep juice)3 tbsp of Tahini3 cloves of garlicjuice from one lime1 tsp of hot chili pepperssalt and pepper to tasteVeggie Dip tray:Broccoli flouretsBaby carrotscelery sticksgreen pepper wedgesred pepper wedgescauliflower piecesGrape tomatoessnap peas
Directions
In a food processor dump your can of chick peas, having drained them and set the juice aside. Add whole garlic cloves, Tahini, lime juice, salt, pepper and chili peppers. Start the food processor and blend all ingredients together. Gradually add a small amount of the liquid from the chick peas just to emulsify the mixture. Hummus should be creamy with no lumps. Transfer to a dipping bowl and place in the middle of your veggie tray.

The chick pea liquid keeps the calories down and the high protein up! Tastes great, dip your veggies in it!
