Low Carb Flax Muffins- No flour required!

Ingredients
8 tbs of ground Flaxseed4 egg whites3 tbs water1 scoop protein (flavor of choice)1 tsp baking powder1 tsp Vanilla extractSplenda/ Stevia to tasteCapella drops (optional)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients first and then add in egg whites, water and Vanilla extract. It might seem a little thick, but it's supposed to be like that. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.


***This recipe is so versatile. I've made it using unsweetened cocoa powder and chocolate Capella drops. Cinnamon, PB2, apple pie spice, and even pumpkin pie spice. Even good topped with almond butter.
