Ingredients
9" pie shell2 cups of milk or cream3 eggs1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper1/2 cup diced swiss cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 375. prepare pie shell. scald milk to hasten cooking time. cool slightly, then beat together with eggs, salt, & pepper. Sprinkle cheese on bottom of pie shell. pour custard mixture over it. bake 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
