Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 Boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked)2-3 Carrots, peeled and chopped1 Medium potato, peeled and chopped1 Tbls. chopped onion1-2 Tsp. chopped garlic1 Tbls. gluten-free flour1-2 Tbls. butter or margerine (I use Brummel and Brown)2 Cups waterSalt, pepper, oregeno, sage, basil, other spices to taste
Directions
Dice the onions and garlic and saute them on med-high heat in butter in a soup pan. Add the flour and mix to make a paste. Add cold water while stirring until mixed. Add in diced carrot, potato, and cooked chicken. Add spices to taste. Allow to boil until carrots and potatoes are cooked through. Should take 10-15 minutes depending on how small they are cut. Serve with gluten-free crackers or homemade bread.
