Chipotle-Butternut-Bean and Beer Chili!

Ingredients
1 15 oz can Black Beans1 15 oz can Red Beans* 1 cup chopped onion* 2-3 garlic cloves, minced* 1/2 tablespoon cumin* 1 tablespoon chili powder* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 12 oz beer* 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes* 2 tablespoons tomato paste* 2 chipotle chiles in adobo* 1.5 lb butternut squash, cubes (weight after peeling)* cilantro (to garnish) (optional)*salt, pepper to taste.
Directions
Soften the onions in a hot pot. Add garlic and cook for a couple of minutes. Add all spices, and mix. Add beans, tomatoes, beer. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add Squash, cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 10 servings.
