1/3 cup mango chutney2 tsp curry powder3/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise2 cups roasted chicken breast, diced1 cup grapes, cut in half1/2 cup almonds, sliced & toasted1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro (more or less to taste)salt & pepper to taste
