Salad with green snap beans and tuna

Ingredients
200g green snap beans frozen100g baby carrots frozen1 can (12.5oz),tuna in water drained10 sprigs parsley2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
1. Put beans and carrots in salted boiling water for 10 min or until a little tender ( don't over boil)
2. Stop boiling by putting veggies in ice water and drain
3. Mix with rest of ingredients and serve.
