1 1/2 pound Top Sirloin1 Bag Mixed salad greens1/4 C salsa1/4 Italian Dressing1 15 oz can black beans drained1 15 oz can corn drained1 can diced tomatoes and chilies,drained
Sprinkle both sides of steak with chili powder and salt. Cook in non stick skillet for 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. In bowl combine salad, corn, beans, tomatoes, salsa and dressing. Divide over plates, top with steak. Goes well with Garlic Bread.
