pumpkin cream pie

Ingredients
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding2 tubs of Cool Whip Lite1 package of low fat graham crackersPecans, 1 cup, chopped 2 table spoons of All spice or sub. cinnamin and nutmeg1 cup skim milk
Directions
Crush Graham crackers and place at bottom of baking dish, take 1/2 cup of pecans and scatter on top and bake for 10 min @ 350. Let cool.

Mix pumpkin, vanilla pudding mix, milk, spices and 1 tub of cool whip with beaters.
Pour mixture ontop of graham crackers.
spread the remaining cool whip tub over pumpkin mixture and top with remaining pecans.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
