Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can black beans drained and rinsed1 can whole kernel corn drained and rinsed1/2 cup chopped raw carrot1/2 cup chopped raw celery1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese1/4 cup of Fat Free Dorothy Lynch Dressing
Directions
No cooking: Just Mix together

I usually only put dressing on whatever amount we plan to eat for a specific meal and save the rest. You can add left over chicken, ham, or beef roast to make a great side. Or you can add a little to a lettuce salad to add variety.
