Honey Dijon Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar1 tsp Honey1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
Combine all in a bowl and whisk! Add salt and fresh ground pepper if desired. Leave out the honey for diabetics. Use half now, save the rest for later.
