Ingredients

    1 mango, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    1 good handful cilantro, chopped
    juice of 1 lime

Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl and gently mix to combine.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

    This was GREAT! I made it a second time when I couldn't find a mango and used a nectarine, there's not much difference if at all in the nutrition. I also served it as a garnish to low fat fish taco's! - 3/11/08

    Good. I made it with an extra mango and only half a red pepper. Made it a little sweeter. Make sure you have a good, ripe mango. - 5/21/07
