Ingredients
100 gm (.75 cups) Whole Wheat Flour406 gm (3.37 cups) All Purpose Flour1 Tbsp Olive Oil7 gm (2.25 tsp) yeast1.25 cups water
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and knead in machine for 2 minutes at speed 2 or 10 minutes by hand. Let rise an hour at room temp. Form 1 ounce rolls with scale or divide into 30 equal rolls, rise for an additional hour or two. Rise in a warm, moist environment.
Bake 13 - 15 minutes at 450º
