Baked Pork Cube Steaks

Ingredients
1 pound pork cube steaks (4 steaks)Tbsp Olive Oil1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix1 Can Mushrooms (with juice)1 Can Butter Beans (with juice)1 Cup Water
Directions
Brown Cube Steaks in olive oil
Add Dry Onion Soup Mix, mushrooms, and butter beans (including their juices) and 1 cup of water
Bake 1 and 1/2 hours or until meat is fork tender
Add Sherry and Black pepper
(should be salty enough from the soup mix)
Serve with Potatoes or rice
