Indian Flavored Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 medium to large head fresh cauliflower3 tablespoons olive oil1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard seedsA piece of fresh ginger, about 2 1/2 inches by 1 inch, peeled and cut into shreds3 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped1 fresh hot green chili, finely sliced, or 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)1 teaspoon garam masala3/4 teaspoons saltpinch of fresh ground pepper1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste1/4 Cup of water
Directions
Put oil in a wok or large fry pan and set over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, put in the cumin & mustard seeds. As soon as the seeds begin to pop, put in the ginger, garlic, cauliflower, and green chiles, all at the same time. Stir and fry for 5-7 minutes or until the cauliflower is turning somewhat brown. Now add the salt, pepper, garam masala, and cayenne pepper and give the cauliflower a good couple of tosses to coat. Put in 1/4 c water and cover the wok immediately. Cook for a couple more minutes and serve. Great with a big slice of naan.
