Ingredients
2 Yolks2 Cups Milk2 Cups King Arthur Multi-Purpose Gluten Free Flour1 Tbsp Xanthan Gum1 Tbsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1/3 c. Butter2 Egg Whites, Stiffly Beaten
Directions
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT egg whites. Fold in Egg Whites gently. Pour over Waffle Maker 2/3 cup batter each time. Top with your favorite toppings.
