Belgian waffles

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour5 tsp Baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tb sugar3 egg whites2 1/4 cup fat free milk3/4 cup cinnamon applesauce
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then combine until everything is wet then pour 1/3 cup of mixture into a waffle iron.
Serve with low calorie syrup or fruit.
