White Bean, Pork, Swiss Chard, & Veggie Soup

Ingredients
1 pkg Dry White beans1 bunch Swiss Chard1 lb large chop pork buttsalt to taste2 tbs rosemary, fresh or dried2 tbs sage, fresh or dried1 cup celery leaves, chopped2 cups carrots, chopped2 tbs shredded parmesean to serve
Directions
Assemble all ingredients, except cheese, in slow cooker, cook on high for 4-5 hours, add parmesean & serve.
